Fujitsu LifeBook P7010D Ultra-portable
The Fujitsu LifeBook P7010D is a fully packed Ultra-Portable notebook
that has some special features. It's not the smallest ultraporatable
coming in at 3.3 pounds (4.1 with the AC adapter) but it's still
worth your consideration.
This Fujitsu notebook computer has just about everything a full-size
notebook processes, including a CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive in a
swappable bay, a complete set of ports (most with covers),
CompactFlash, 10/100Mbit Ethernet, modem, four-pin FireWire,
S-Video, Secure Digital/Memory Stick and a WiFi switch.
The LifeBook P7010D also comes with a handy biometric fingerprint
reader which adds security to your notebook. Some have reported
this is a bit picky at times but it's really easy to set up.
You can also have multiple finger id's.
It features a crisp 10.6-inch (diagonal) wide-aspect LCD screen
with resolution at 1,280x768. The wide screen may be helpful
with spreedsheets and the device can be used to watch DVD's -
lettering is small.
The P7010D is also a full featured computer with a Ultra Low Voltage
Mobile Intel Pentium M processor 1.10 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM and
choice of 80GB, 60GB or 40GB hard drive. Loaded with Windows XP Pro
Edition, Record Now software, and MS Works XP.
Battery life is around 5 hours.
Size: 10.25 " Width X 7.75 " Height X 1.5 " Depth @ 3.3 pounds
